Cooling off...
|
Hi, Mom. |
After the above picture, my son moved to the other side of the pool, so I wouldn't take any more pictures of him.
|
Really? |
She was brave and stayed on my side. I got tons of pictures of her.
|
Bombs away! |
|
Head first? |
Nah...he finished the flip. He's pretty good at it too.
|
Chicken anyone? |
Two of my son's sitting on a friend's shoulders.

fall forward |
They were actually having tons of fun. Maybe not so much for Trevor, though. (He's the bottom of the pile.)
|
fall backward |
|
The too cool lifeguard (my son). He didn't feel good that day. :( |
Now, go enjoy whatever cool you can find...iced tea, AC, or the pool, maybe even a cold shower. But I pray you have a blessed day.
Hi Ginger!
ReplyDeleteThat looks... cool! :)
We're having no problems keeping cool downunder in chilly Victoria, Australia. 56F or 13.5C at half past 10 in the morning atm. Think I'll go sit in the sun and defrost.
We're looking forward to when we go to the pool again.
All the best,
Lucy
We didn't have a super hot summer in BC, Canada. In fact, we didn't need to put the A/C unit in the bedroom window this summer. Right now it's cooling off really nicely at night.
ReplyDeleteOther summers (besides A/C) we like to take a swim in the lake after work.
The cool weather is past by us, I think - hope!
ReplyDeleteIt sure was hot in Southern Illinois this summer! We stayed cool by staying inside in the A/C. (Good thing my dad is my A/C guy) ;] Love the pool pics! I can remember hanging out in the pool during summer. Loads of fun!
ReplyDeleteLove those pictures! Great camera work, Mom! We've had our share of heat even here in the usually cool Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Today was hot and humid after a week of really dry, moderate temperatures. Today we took our boat out on the bay hoping for some coolness from the lake. It wasn't too bad, but back home, we turned on the AC and I've stayed inside as much as possible. I look forward to fall temperatures!
